I wanted to share this super easy muffin recipe with you! Lately I have been really bad at eating a nutritious breakfast in the morning – mainly because I hateee waking up early. These muffins have been my go-to breakfast recently. These would be perfect for making on a Sunday night and then having for breakfast for the week!



Toppings (Optional) : Blueberries, Walnuts, Chocolate Chips




  1. Preheat Oven to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl add oats and almond milk and let soak for a few minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl mash two bananas with a fork. Add in eggs and whisk. Then add in agave, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin cups until 3/4 full.
  5. Add on desired toppings.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
